Dinner
I ate a bowl of rice porridge for dinner along with an apple and two pieces of bread. I also drank a cup of soy milk as well as a bottle of ensure. Stool still not improved, wondering what I should cut out of the diet or is it just a matter of adjustment. Thinking of giving it two weeks before judgement, but its hard to not be skeptical.
Day 3, 120lb (2 hours after lunch)
I had steamed eggs and milk tea for breakfast. For lunch, I ate 2 hard boiled eggs and two cups of soy milk as well as a cup of orange juice with two pieces of bread. There is still no improvement in the stool, but other than that I feel fine.

Dinner
I had 4 pieces of plain white bread, 3 kiwi's, 2 cups of OJ and a bottle of ensure. Might snack later depending on how hungry I am.
side note- had a bagel for brunch and 2 Gatorades. Also learned that I should probably include some nuts in my diet as well as eating two eggs per meal. Debating the possibility of fiber and chicken into the diet next week if all goes well.

Some Information
So I decided to look a bit further into this "diet". Based on random online research in order to intake about 2000 calories per day I must eat:
225 grams of carbohydrates
150 grams of protein
55 grams of fat.
And apparently an egg contains 6 grams of protein, while bread is 12 grams of carbohydrate per slice. A bowl of rice has 35 grams of carbohydrates, and a bagel has around 50 grams of carbohydrates ( had one at brunch with 2 Gatorades to wash it down with) I also had 3 kiwi's which has 13.3 grams of carbs each.

The weight was measured right after lunch.

Note- for breakfast I had 2/3 of a croissant.

Lunch
I had three hard boiled eggs with a little soy sauce 4 pieces of bread and two cups of orange juice.
