Well its almost lunch time now. I am about to embark upon a journey of thirty days without the things I love most in life; my favorite foods. This ulcer nonsense really has to stop in perpetration for college. The diet should serve as a good test for my self control that I must have in my upcoming college years.
I am sticking to bread for carbohydrates, egg for protein, and fruits for my minerals. Perhaps some plain rice porridge with rousong (Chinese beef jerky). Basically plain foods until my stool or weight shows improvement.
I might introduce more complex food after the initial 2 week period depending on progress.
I also plan to drink a bottle of ensure per day, basically a nutritional supplement and see how it helps.
