I had 4 pieces of plain white bread, 3 kiwi's, 2 cups of OJ and a bottle of ensure. Might snack later depending on how hungry I am.
side note- had a bagel for brunch and 2 Gatorades. Also learned that I should probably include some nuts in my diet as well as eating two eggs per meal. Debating the possibility of fiber and chicken into the diet next week if all goes well.
