So I decided to look a bit further into this "diet". Based on random online research in order to intake about 2000 calories per day I must eat:
225 grams of carbohydrates
150 grams of protein
55 grams of fat.
And apparently an egg contains 6 grams of protein, while bread is 12 grams of carbohydrate per slice. A bowl of rice has 35 grams of carbohydrates, and a bagel has around 50 grams of carbohydrates ( had one at brunch with 2 Gatorades to wash it down with) I also had 3 kiwi's which has 13.3 grams of carbs each.
